As a Dating & Secure Relationship Therapist, I help people gain a higher level of awareness that shows them what is getting in the way of creating the love they deserve and support them in learning how to cultivate fulfilling relationships.

I’m a deep thinker and connector of dots. I’ve always loved listening to people’s stories to better understand what makes them tick. I’ve spent the last 14 years doing a deep dive into the inner workings of learning what it takes to align with love. Learning to trust my intuition, combined with clinical training and life experience has fine-tuned my ability to quickly go to the heart of the matter to help others align with love. I work best with people who are sick of struggling in relationships or dating and they’re willing to make some changes to get the results they deserve. I can’t change you. You have to change you and I am ready to help support you in that.
