I aim to help those with depression & anxiety to identify the roots behind their feelings and build new coping skills. Normalizing the feelings of terminally/chronically ill, and working through caregivers concerns. Helping to discuss career issues, and discovering new passions. Other specialties include parenting, life transitions, stress management, conflict resolutions, communication issues, and adjustment disorders.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Master’s of Science degree in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University. I have a Bachelors of Science in Family, youth, and community sciences. With a minor in education.

I use evidence-based practices to implement appropriate activities and use a variety of therapeutic modalities. I have worked with clients all the way up to 96 years of age. I have run groups for depression, anger management, coping skills, anxiety, self-esteem, and life skills. I have observed increases in positive life outcomes, increased self-esteem, and a decrease in negative behaviors from my clients.
