Hi! I approach psychotherapy through a humanistic and compassionate lens. Safety, empathy, and understanding are values that guide my practice as we work together to heal, grow, and help you understand the world around you. I also look to create a therapeutic space that is right for you, based on your needs and who you are as a unique person. I want to help you become the best version of yourself according to your own standards and to find meaning and joy in the life you lead.

I have been working with clients since 2014 in community mental health, college, and private settings. I have worked with children, teenager, young adults, and adults ranging from issues related to relationships, life transitions, LGBTQ+ community, adjustment, and others. I carefully choose therapeutic tools and models that apply to each unique person, and offer individual and couples therapy.
