I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Intrinsic Coach, and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. After graduating from the University of North Carolina with a B.A. in Interpersonal Communication Studies, I received my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida where I completed her graduate internship at the UNF Counseling Center. I am a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor as well as a trained Brainspotting therapist.
