This psychotherapy group brings people together to get tougher, smarter, stronger, more empowered. Through supporting each other and confronting ourselves and the world we take one step closer to our ideal lives.

Participants will be challenged to examine their relationships and understanding of emotions, vulnerability, intimacy, and courage. This is a safe and judgment-free zone, but session content and personal exploration will sometimes cause painful self-growth. Ultimately, participants will develop their inner strengths and personal values. If you are not ready for that then this group is not for you.

I am Licensed in Pennsylvania and Florida, and am a US Army Veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
