Background:

I have a Masters Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. I completed my internship at the Women's Center of Jacksonville and have been in private practice since 2014. My experience includes working with clients struggling with transitions, history of childhood trauma and abuse, PTSD, Veterans, and the LGBTQ community.

Group Description:

These two therapy groups will focus on learning stress management skills and self care techniques as well as processing current life stressors. These groups will run on a rotating basis beginning in July 2020 until July 2021.

Cost Description: Under my supervision, graduate student Keesha Willams is offering two adult psycho education and processing groups. Each group is limited to 10 members and will run for 10 sessions. $10 per session.
