Background:

I'm a master's level mental health clinician, board-certified art therapist, certified yoga instructor, and licensed special educator. I've received formal advanced training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Therapy (ERP) for OCD and anxiety. I received my Master's in art therapy from Florida State University and am credentialed nationally by the Art Therapy Credentials Board.

I have over a decade of experience in the field of arts and healthcare. I am co-founder of Indigo Art Therapy Studio LLC and co-founded a nonprofit art center supporting artists with disabilities. I've worked in outpatient rehabilitation, hospitals, behavioral health, and classroom settings. I have provided trainings and workshops on art therapy, mindfulness, and accessibility. As an individual with disabilities myself, I genuinely understand what it means to lead an adaptive lifestyle.
