I utilize an individual approach and evidenced-based treatments and interventions to help my patients successfully manage and improve psychological distress. I primarily use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which are effective at treating a wide variety of mental health concerns. I work with individuals throughout the lifespan, from pre-adolescence to older adults. My specialty is eating disorders and body image concerns.
I received my Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Florida State University and my Doctor of Psychology degree in clinical psychology from Nova Southeastern University. I completed my APA-approved pre-doctoral internship at Park Center, Inc. in Fort Wayne, Indiana and my postdoctoral fellowship at the University of North Florida Counseling Center in Jacksonville, Florida.
