I primarily use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy, which are effective at treating a wide variety of mental health concerns. I work with individuals throughout the lifespan, from pre-adolescence to older adults. My specialty is eating disorders and body image concerns.
