I specialize in anxiety therapy, trauma therapy, EMDR therapy, and sexual abuse therapy for women, children, and teens. Counseling sessions are offered in person in Orlando or online via telehealth for those who reside in Florida.

Since graduating with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida, I’ve worked in outpatient clinics, school settings, juvenile detention centers, domestic violence centers, and with women and children who’ve been sexually abused or experienced other trauma. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. That means I can see you in person in my Orlando, FL office or via telehealth/online therapy throughout the state of Florida. I’m certified in EMDR and in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I also have a certificate in Play Therapy. I use a combination of these and other techniques to make sure each one of my clients gets the therapy experience they need and deserve.
