My primary goal in working with clients is to pursue authenticity in relationship with self and others. It is a great tragedy to me that anyone would have to develop strategies for relational survival that result in living as a lesser version of themself. I believe that most of our mental health issues are the result of injuries in relationship, and that healing can be experienced through a healthy, non-judgmental, therapeutic relationship.

I have been counseling in various forms for about 6 years, and am Licensed in the state of Florida. I am trained in EMDR therapy for trauma and abuse issues, a certified Anger Resolution Therapist, and certified in Prepare/Enrich assessment for couples work.
