My goal with all of my clients is to create a strong relationship with them and utilize that relationship as a tool for healing. Whether my client needs to work on developing a deeper sense of self-compassion, healing from a past trauma, or a greater sense of purpose, my goal is to move them to their desired outcome through what is already available to them. I hope to create an environment of unconditional positive regard, while also challenging them, to create the space needed for self-healing.

Gabrielle has worked in college mental health, where she learned how to assist people through career counseling, existential needs, financial needs, and major life adjustments. She later worked in residential care in the addictions world where she grew a passion for helping people find the recovery path that best fits them as opposed to subscribing to one size fits all methods. She later worked in the eating disorder field in varied levels of care from OP, IOP, PHP, and up to Residential.
