I am a militaru brat and I love to meet different people. I have been in the mental health business for 40 years and I really like helping people. My approch to therapy is the Cognitive Behavioral approach. Because I have been in the business so long I also use a big dose of common sense with my clients.

I received my BA at Mount Saint Mary's College in Newburgh, New York and my Masters in Clinical Psychology. at Valdosta State College in Valdosta, Ga.Later, I took several courses at Florida State University. in Tallahassee
