I am a mental health counselor, and I received a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. Most of my experience has been working with teens and young adults, ages 20-35. I have helped individuals work through life transitions, anxiety, school/work stress, relationship conflict, behavioral and emotional issues.
